Terms of Service for Motii

By downloading, installing, or using the Motii mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Motii is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help users set and track personal intentions. You agree not to misuse the App, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

In-App Purchases

Motii offers a free version and an optional "Premium" version, which unlocks additional features. The Premium version is available through a subscription. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms, including their refund policies. We do not process or store any payment information directly.

Intellectual Propery

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Motii and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
